Key Responsibilities• Directly Responsible for FIFO & Expire/ Near Expire related Issues.Take the responsibility for minimizing of our Damage & shrinkage issuesResponsible for the start of complete day Operation like put way, Picking, Dispatch Stock.To manage Frozen, & Chiller Stock as per SOP with maintaining temperature complaince All non-moving/slow-moving inventory moved to 3PL location or scrapped to ensure space availability.AII the stock classified in ABC classificationDaily cycle count schedule must be prepared manually or in WMS for all product categories across all brands.• Inventory count shared with HO by monthly with detailed RCA and CAPA for each item-wise/line-wise variance.Bin mapping layout should be updated by monthly basis wherein RPL locations have to be modified as per the business conditions and any new pallet positions have to be given a nomenclature and updated in WMS.Monthly written-off detailed shared to HO with review management.PID adjustment and Write off adjustment utilize warehouse occupancy with goods manners with 5500 Pallets positiondaily RM/PM Issue and day closing.Daily Reco( GRN, FG receipt, Veggies Inventory, Sales Unit Daily tracking of all SAP MovementsImplementWMS Migration ( Chiller, Frozen,Ambient )improving picking accuracy and FEFOReduction in Monthly write off and Inventory lossesImproving picking and offloading productivity
