LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE DOCUMENTATION:•Purchase order creation into SAP.•Punching SAP transaction on daily basis and running report.•Ensure timely completion of SAP activities such as keeping track of open PR on daily basis, raising PO to vendor on timely basis.•Checking GRN and invoice booking status into SAP on daily basis and ensure completion of pending activities.•Ensure timely creation of material, vendor, assets code into SAP.•Generate SAP report as and when required with reference to inventory, PO and PR comparison report.•Ensuring timely submission of invoice and PO along with required of documents.•Following up with account team for the proper entry of invoice and timely payment of vendor due,Keeping track of inventory, vendor details, material status, GRN, PO and SO.•MIS preparation and documentation related to procurement.•Ensure no long pending invoice submission and coordinate with various teams to solve open queries.•Coordinate with vendor to reconcile ledgers and GST returns reconciliation.
