This new payroll engine, would perform real time calculations, every time payroll practitioner changes any monetary data elements, that has a direct impact on Gross to Net calculations, thus eliminating addition clicks (preview) from end user, like wise there are many more distinct features and capabilities, it has to offer. Simplifying or ease of performing the payroll operations, in-turn having happy payroll practitioner — happy clients— happy employees of the clients. Responsible for creating the functional requirements, passing on them to product developers and working closely with other system partners for smooth integration of the systems
