Ø To prepare document and records as per ISO 9001:2015 and necessary by organizationØ Responsible for all Quality control activity(Incoming Inspection /outgoing Inspection /In-process Inspection /New Product Development (Sample)/documentation etc.)Ø Prepare documents for new products, collection of data and Summary of new products.Ø Study drawing and review on points also review jig/fixture design.Ø Making daily MIS Report, online rejection data and analysis report with root cause and action plan to prevent re-occurrence.Ø Handle all customer complaints, If required complete CAPA Ø Communication with customer regarding product quality.Ø Documents preparation of rejection, outside processing item, packing Item to respective vendors.Ø Training given to operator s on 5’s, work instruction, report filling, product criticality and checking points.Ø Closing up Non-Conformity report during Internal & External Audits. Ø Making Product Specification, Bill of materials, packing standards, Process Flow Diagram, quality plan, control plan, PFMEA, WI, drawing with help of designer, FPA report for new products.Ø Making new product trial reports, Process Parameter standard chart.
