Hello, I am Praddum, currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Life Science (Zoology) specializing in Environmental Metagenomics and Earthworm metabolomics, Earthworm Biology and Soil Ecology from Department of Zoology, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya (A Central University) to work for data driven research fulfilling the gap in assessing the soil health parameters, soil health indicators and fostering the government aided agricultural schemes towards sustainable and CLIMATE-SMART agricultural practices. I have an understanding of experimental research, data analysis through R, Command line based data analysis of Shotgun Metagenomics, My experience is mostly in bridging the gap between advanced academic research and cutting-edge AI capabilities along with teaching the students of UG and PG of the Life Science domain as well as various Bioinformatics courses.
