Resource Allocation & Planning- Coordinate with HODs and Production to assign Matchmove artists based on skillset, availability, and project requirements- Maintain up-to-date scheduling and track artist capacity, leaves, and workload to ensure balanced team distribution- Notifying (Matchmove) artists of their assigned show.2. Communication & Coordination- Act as the communication bridge between artists, production, HR, and tech teams- Share updates on crew changes, project timelines, and daily priorities.3. Tracking & Reporting- Manage internal trackers and databases to log artist availability, task status, and productivity- Generate reports on utilization and performance metrics to support departmental reviews.4. Onboarding & Team Support- Assist HR and tech in onboarding new Matchmove artists and ensuring smooth integration into the pipeline- Monitor new joiners\' progress and provide support during their initial phase.5. Problem Solving & Delivery Readiness- Handle last-minute schedule changes, shift conflicts, and urgent resource needs- Ensure the Matchmove team is well-prepared for project starts and aligned with delivery goals.Projects I have been a part of so far- How to Train Your Dragon- Superman (2025)- The Fantastic Four : First Steps
