Leveraged this dashboard to inform government agency innovation and decision-making.Biosurveillance Nodes: Developed several data marts and dashboards analyzing 15 million+ lab samples tested for 30+ pathogens (e.g. Flu, RSV, COVID-19, MPOX) taken at 14+ airports, wastewater triturators, land borders, etc for early warning signaling. Delivered data analyses and visualizations to several clients such as the Botswana Ministry of Health, Rwanda Biomedical Center, and the CDC Traveler-based Genomic Surveillance (TGS) program, which averaged 6k weekly travelers in over 130 countries.
