I’m a U.S. immigration attorney based in New York and the founder of Prachi Shah Law, PLLC. I help individuals, families, professionals, and investors navigate complex immigration processes with clarity, precision, and care. My practice focuses on employment-based and family-based immigration, including EB-5 investment immigration, EB-1A and NIW petitions, O-1s, adjustment of status, and naturalization, as well as humanitarian and special immigrant matters.I approach every case with meticulous preparation and intentional advocacy. Immigration law is high-stakes and deeply personal, and I believe strong outcomes come from thoughtful strategy, clear communication, and trust between attorney and client.
