Job Responsiblities : Understanding the requirement from the Client. Sourcing the required & relevant profiles from various sources (Job Portal/References/Social portals) or through job posting, mass mailing or passive searching. Preliminary screening and short listing of the profiles as per the requirement. Interacting with the candidates and understand their current roles and responsibilities, briefing them about the requirement, salary expectation, joining period, etc. Processing & performing the initial round of Interviews with the Technical Panel as per the short listing of the profile. Scheduling and coordinating the face to face & telephonic interview for the shortlisted candidate according to the availability of technical panel. Handling the end to end recruitment process. Sourcing, Screening of suitable profiles from different sources as per the Client\'s requirement. Recruiting candidates for Permanent positions for leading Global IT Companies, Big 4’s Managing and posting of jobs in various Job sites (Naukri.com, Monster.com) and Social Networking sites (LinkedIn etc.)
