Experienced Human Resources Professional with a proven track record of over 9 years in the field, offering expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and HR process optimization. My career has been defined by a commitment to fostering positive workplace environments and ensuring adherence to HR best practices.Currently, I serve as an HR Business Partner at Circular Materials in Toronto, Canada, where I provide end-to-end HR support across onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and performance management.
