About Prachi Verma

Passionate about shaping impactful public policies and dedicated to driving meaningful social change, I am a pursuing my Master\'s of Arts in Political Science which includes modules on public administration, public policy, political thought and international relations. During my tenure at Desi Kanoon, I conducted in-depth research on the Indian political landscape and created compelling content and articles that increased awareness leading to increased digital engagement and viewership. At Catalyst Learning Services, I streamlined sales processes and assisted in collaborating with educational institutions to expand our reach and impact. Worked towards increasing the client base by directly engaging with them and handling data of 100+ students across 20 institutions. As a Group Manager for the National Service Scheme (NSS), I led significant social service projects(created a 24/7 helpline number), arranged medical camps and COVID-19 relief efforts, earning recognition from the Ministry of Education. My role at the Rotaract Club of Central Calcutta further honed my skills in administration, fundraising, and disaster relief. I am driven by a commitment to public service and community development. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations to continue making a positive difference. I possess skills in public policy, governance and legislative research work. I am good with networking and community building to make sure that the social products and it\'s benefits reach the targeted beneficiary and promote last mile delivery.
