I am a senior HR and inclusion leader with 16+ years of experience partnering with executive and C-suite leaders to build high-performing, resilient organizations. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and people, helping leaders navigate change, strengthen culture, and create environments where individuals and teams can thrive.At Pegasystems, I currently serve as Global Director of Inclusion and Social Impact, leading the company’s enterprise inclusion and social impact strategy across 30+ countries. My work focuses on building inclusive leadership practices, strengthening employee resource groups, advancing social impact initiatives, and aligning culture with business priorities. I also support global ESG and regulatory reporting related to workforce and inclusion.Prior to moving into this role, I served as a Senior HR Business Partner, partnering with executive leaders across North America, EMEA, and APJ on workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and performance. That experience continues to shape how I approach culture and inclusion through a business and leadership lens.Earlier in my career, I led the full HR function at Wynk Music (Airtel) and held HR Business Partner roles at Oracle, Mindtree, and Synchrony Financial, supporting technology and financial services organizations through growth and transformation.I hold two Master’s degrees in Human Resources and Labour Law, and completed the Leadership Consortium Program with Harvard Business School faculty.I care deeply about building equitable, high-trust organizations and partnering with leaders who believe strong cultures are essential to strong businesses.
