Know SOPs for Startup, Shutdown,Changeover Handover to Maintenance, Takeover to Maintenance. Steam Water Analysis (SWAS), Control TSP, Ammonia & Hydrazine dosing as per Requirement.6. Water Treatment Operations - Oversee DM plant, ETP-RO and STP plants, Raw water, PT plant ensuring high-quality water standards.7. Steam & Water Analysis (SWAS)-Monitor pH, Conductivity, and Dissolved Oxygen to Prevent Corrosion and Maintain Boiler Efficiency.8. Cooling Tower Management -Implement Anti-scaling and Microbial Control Treatment to Enhance System Performance.9. Oil & Lubricant Testing - Ensure Machinery Longevity Through Routine Oil Condition Monitoring.
