ABOUT PRACHI SHIVHARE

Hello! I am a Distiller with a strong research analysis background and experience in malt whiskey production. My expertise lies in attention to detail, problem-solving, and maintaining regulatory compliance. I am well-trained in industrial health and safety, HACCP, and RSA and can work independently or as part of a team to meet daily demands. Apart from my distillery experience, I have also worked as a Bartender Waiter at Marriott Hotels and as a Research Scholar at Heriot-Watt University. At Marriott Hotels, I served meals and drinks with professionalism and skill, maintaining high presentation and quality standards. At Heriot-Watt University, I worked on a wet lab project studying the methodologies determining spirit cut points and methanol concentrations in the new make spirit and low wines produced from raw tomatoes. I planned, coordinated, and executed the entire project to gain insight into discovering the most possible new operational methods to conduct the series of experiments. I hold a graduate visa which gives me the right to work anywhere in the United Kingdom and am flexible enough to explore all possible options among laboratory or industrial scale. I am firmly committed to building experience in this industry and am excited to see where my skills and passion can take me.
