As part of the leadership team at DViO, I lead the people strategy across India and international markets including Dubai, KSA, and Qatar — aligning talent, structure, and culture with business objectives. The role spans the full HR spectrum, including organisation design, performance management, global policy alignment, and cost optimisation, while ensuring a strong culture of accountability and engagement across locations.Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner closely with the Founder and Business Heads to align HR initiatives with organisational goals, ensuring agility and scalability across geographies. • Organisation Design & Restructuring: Led key restructuring and workforce planning programs to enhance efficiency, optimise costs, and streamline cross-border team structures while maintaining morale and stability. • Global People Operations: Oversaw end-to-end HR operations across multiple regions, ensuring alignment of global policies, compliance with regional labour laws, and consistency in employee experience. • Performance & Capability Frameworks: Revamped the performance management process, introduced measurable KPIs, and built leadership capability frameworks across functions and geographies. • Culture & Engagement: Strengthened DViO’s unified culture across India and GCC markets through transparent communication, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. • Policy & Process Development: Designed and implemented scalable HR policies and systems that enhanced compliance, consistency, and efficiency across 250+ employees. • Business Partnership: Acted as a strategic advisor to the Founder and senior leadership on workforce planning, people analytics, and leadership development.
