Spearheading and leading a dynamic team of 20 engineers and 40 designers as a prominent figure in Cement/Mining/Steel product and layout engineering, ensuring successful execution of engineering projects in the field of bulk material handling, Cement/Mining/Steel plant equipment. Established and nurtured collaborative relationships with renowned clients including FLSmidth, Danieli, KOCH Solutions, Quarry mining, BVS Cranes, FAM, Thyssenkrupp, Beumer, among others, catering to their unique requirements in engineering design and expectations in quality and timeliness. Collaborated with different technical project centres across the globe to finalize the basic design, facilitated kick-off meetings, held weekly project reviews, and strategically organized war room meetings to drive successful project outcomes. Meticulously preparing engineering hour estimations, scope matrices, bill of materials, and delivery schedules all the tasks. Ensuring high-quality output by three layer checking of outline and load drawings, general assembly, manufacturing drawings, data sheet, air piping drawings/schematic diagrams, 3D models, technical specifications and bills of materials. Effectively planned and coordinated deliverables, allocated resources, and maintained diligent monitoring to ensure optimal efficiency across multiple concurrent projects. Conducted comprehensive reviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), facilitated appraisals, suggested management for necessary remuneration, in order to keep the team members motivated and focused on achieving personal and as well as organization KPI’s. Provided invaluable support to FLSmidth in the proposal development, order execution process and troubleshooting at site, specializing in Blending and Storage Silos (Types: Flat bottom CF, Inverted cone CFI, and Multi-compartment CFMI), Kiln feed systems (Loss in weight, Schenck Multicor/Multistream feeder, Pfister feeder), Airslide, and associated accessories.
