having more than 30 years of pharma selling experience starting from psr to the level of G.M, having rich experience in Diabetology, Acute care, Antimalarial, Anti t.b, Antibiotics, Nutraceuticals,Neurology and Gastro and having market experience of West Bengal, Orrisa, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai city, Delhi,Haryana,Punjab,Rajasthan,j&k & Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh. Handled Team size more than 300 people. Rich experience of team building,recruitment,interviews(recruited almost 200people in different level starting from psr to Zonal sales manager within 30days for starting a new division and helped my seniors for vacancy filling in other parts of country(other than my working area) because of my excellent contacts with the people in all cornor of country. I was ALL INDIA NO 1 MANAGER, FRO THE HIGHEST SALES OF TRICANE MPS(anasthetic,antacid) and SILOXEGENE GEL(antacid) during my association with RPGLIFE SCIENCE. In ORCHID, MY TEAM, USED TO BE ALL INDIA NO.1 POSITION ON PIOCON-GM(triple drug),ORFIXgr(cefixime),XENOCOF(cough syp) and DICOBAL FORTR INJ(Methylcobalamine inj) year after year In 2011-12 out of 62people qualified for froeign trip as incentive from all 5 division of ORCHID,22PEOPLE WAS FROM MY TEAM ONLY.
