Own end-to-end development of the Private Corporate segment—from pitching to MoU execution to revenue delivery- Generate new business through deeper engagement with existing corporates and by identifying and onboarding new clients for health check-up packages, referrals, and service agreements- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients while ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement of new corporate partners- Plan and execute on-site health talks, screening camps, and wellness sessions tailored for corporate workplaces- Organize CMEs with doctors and HR engagement meets to showcase hospital capabilities and build trust with corporate stakeholders. Develop annual activity calendars aligned with key health awareness days (e.g, World Heart Day, Women’s Day) to drive engagement and visibility- Ensure seamless service coordination for corporate employees, including OPD appointments, health check-ups, IPD admissions, and emergency care- Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for HR/Admin heads of corporates, ensuring seamless service delivery, issue resolution, and high client retention- Track ROI on all corporate activities—leads generated, conversions, revenue, and patient footfall- Use detailed dashboards and client-wise reports to measure impact and guide data-driven decisions- Maintain up-to-date trackers for empanelments, MoU pipeline, event outcomes, and revenue performance- Share regular performance updates and insights with leadership to support strategic planning.
