As a Team Leader – Affiliate Marketing (iGaming)- Lead the assigned team in alignment with organizational policies, departmental SOPs, and directives from senior management- Drive the growth and development of the department by initiating and executing innovative strategies- Manage and scale affiliate partner traffic through effective oversight of affiliate managers and partner engagement- Supervise internal communication channels, resolve queries, and assist team members in objection handling- Allocate workloads efficiently, maintain structured tracking via dedicated spreadsheets, and ensure timely task completion- Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools to evaluate team productivity and goal achievement- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines across the team- Maintain team discipline, oversee attendance, vacation schedules, and manage reallocation of accounts during transitions (e.g. leaves, exits)- Oversee onboarding and training of new managers, ensuring smooth integration into operational processes- Maintain detailed task tracking and reporting using Trello, in line with internal protocols- Conduct weekly team meetings to assess performance, reinforce goals, and address team morale and motivation- Participate in inter-departmental meetings to present weekly KPIs, discuss performance trends, and propose actionable insights or initiatives- Identify team challenges, assign follow-up tasks, and contribute strategic suggestions to improve operational outcomes.
