My passion is to help organizations, CEO\'s, boards, private equity investors create enterprise, shareholder value through Value Creation, Innovation, Technology, Automation, Digital Transformation, ESG, Energy Transition, and Sustainability. I have 20 years experience in public, private equity backed companies with a proven record in P&L, operations, marketing, sales, business development, and sustainability. I was very fortunate to learn and lead teams in my P&L role in $700M Honeywell measurement & control business and held executive roles at Honeywell Safety, where we created a $300M high growth industry category called connected worker to eliminate workplace fatality and enhance workplace productivity.As Vice-President of Innovation in corporate development role at Republic Services, we helped waste industry innovate to new markets in next generation innovation in plastics circularity, decarbonization, waste to value, renewable energy, and environmental solutions. I learned so much from successful Private Equity portfolio buy / sell experience with Vector capital (3X MOIC with RAE systems, sold to Honeywell at 15X EBITDA,$340M) and cleantech roll up (Lumasense $70M backed by Oak Investments). I am currently working with leading Private Equity funds on executive led thesis in facility services. I have held four board positions in for profit and non-profit associations. I operate with authentic, inspirational leadership style that generates trust, loyalty, respect and results across the organization.
