I am a Software Engineering Leader with 11+ years of experience at Amazon, currently serving as a Director of Software Engineering within Audible’s Security organization. I lead engineering efforts across infosec, fraud prevention, anti-piracy and privacy to help millions of Audible customers globally.My experience spans building high-availability distributed systems, partnering closely with Product, TPMs, Applied Science, Data Engineering, Security Engineering, Fraud Defense, and Privacy Program leads to define roadmaps, and deliver differentiated security solutions for Audible. I also collaborate with central Amazon security teams to identify, adapt, and scale shared security platforms—such as security code analyzers and security MCP server—driving broad adoption alongside architecting real-time fraud detection, automated enforcement systems, and Amazon Bedrock-powered AI initiatives across engineering teams.I am passionate about building strong engineering cultures, raising the hiring bar, and mentoring leaders.
