Planning Manager with an M.Tech from IIT Madras and 10+ years of experience delivering complex metro, rail, and industrial infrastructure projects across India. Currently leading planning, project controls, and contracts coordination for the ₹3,100 Cr TU02 Underground Metro package (CMRL Phase II), managing integrated schedules, progress monitoring, risk mitigation, and execution interfaces across tunnelling, station construction, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.My experience spans project planning, subcontract and contract management, and execution leadership, enabling me to bridge planning strategy with on-site realities. Earlier, I was deputed as Execution Manager for India’s first double-decker metro corridor (ECV-01), where I led fast-tracking initiatives and coordinated subcontractor mobilisation for critical station works.I am particularly interested in modern construction management practices—integrating Lean principles, digital reporting, and collaborative planning to improve productivity and decision-making on large EPC projects.I have presented project case studies on Lean and digital transformation at IGLC-32 (New Zealand), ICCRIP 2025, and ILCC 2023, contributing insights from the TU02 project to the international construction management community.
