Participating in project turn over meetings to explain the warranty process to the client and acting as a point of contact to clients in the post-construction phase for warranty related inquiries and issues- Preparing documents and assisting in administration of all control processes, such as year end warranty process letters, warranty reporting techniques, warranty site inspections with clients and respective consultants, purchase orders and change orders- Assisting in the post-construction phase with Construction Supervisors and Construction Managers to ensure outstanding construction deficiencies are completed- Investigating client-reported issues by visiting the site, observing the problem, collecting and documenting information for discussion with Quality Assurance Manager- Scheduling and managing subtrade warranty work, ensuring subtrades are fulfilling their contractual obligations while maintaining a positive, productive relationship- Preparing reports on common issues, trends, and recurring defects for senior management and construction team. Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies- Monitoring trades on site, report any concerns of labor, safety, security, quality control, cooperation or lack of, to the Quality Assurance Manager for action. Other post-construction and quality assurance projects and tasks to support Concord\'s commitment to quality and service.
