I am a Contact Center Team Leader at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, where I lead a high performing team of Annuities professionals. We provide exceptional customer service to clients and advisors, managing portfolio accounts related to Insurance and Annuities. I have a 10+ years of experience in the financial service industry and hold a FINRA Series 6 license. I did an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where I developed my skills in Business management, administration and operations. I have successfully implemented process optimization strategies, such as creating performance metrics, management reporting, supervision and compliance systems, that increased customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. I have also contributed to several transitioning projects, involving data analysis, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication, that resulted in smooth and efficient operations.
