Currently, I am a Management Trainee at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where I have honed my skills in banking operations, client relationship management, and financial solutions delivery. My role involves leveraging tools like CRM, Salesforce, and Dot Net to profile clients, assess their needs, and manage high-value relationships. Previously, as the Director and Founder of Mindely Inculcation Pvt Ltd, I led the company’s vision, business development, market research, financial planning, and operations. I successfully bootstrapped and raised seed capital to support our mission of empowering parents, teachers, and students, partnering with over 100 educators and creating a robust community of teachers. My internship experiences include roles as a Senior Analyst at Capgemini, where I explored generative AI applications in Quality Assurance, and as a Management Consultant at Quirkyiens Marketing Solutions, where I designed marketing strategies and led projects across various industries, significantly boosting client engagement and revenue. In addition to my professional experience, I hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and a B.Sc. from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University. My academic achievements include being a National Finalist in the IDFC First Bank Case Competition and earning certifications in Agile Software Development and Lean Six Sigma.
