Manage back-end claim operations, including eClaims processing (eMessages, Letters, Invoices, Reports), cheque UPS transactions, snapshot tracking, and SLA adherence.•Handle end-to-end cheque processing workflow: confirming recipient addresses, preparing/packaging cheques, applying labels, dispatching via mailroom, and maintaining accurate physical and digital records.•Took initiative to be the first to master and implement the new UPS cheque process, providing feedback for improved efficiency, and documenting optimized steps and timing benchmarks.•Identified and reported a recurring bug in Power BI Claim Support Uploads tool, validated issue replication with colleagues, and partnered with the Business Management Analyst to test and deliver a permanent fix, reducing errors and improving reliability.•Collaborate with Resource Officers, managers, and adjusters to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance across multiple systems including Salesforce, CGI AutoClass, ISB, and Sage (in training).•Consistently meet or exceed productivity benchmarks (6+ hours/day of actionable tasks) while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and process integrity.•Contribute to a collaborative team culture, actively sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and adapting to new processes and tools.
