About Prabhdeep Kaur
Excited to share that I am currently working as an Associate manager in Founder\'s office at Swiss beauty. My KRA\'s are to collaborate closely with the Executive team to develop and execute business growth strategies, resulting in expansion & growth. Conduct market research and analyses industry trends to identify new opportunities for product expansion and market penetration. Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from the founder\'s office. Synthesize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the development of actionable business plans. My last stint was at Healthkart as an Associate - Founders office in Healthkart. My key responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, data analysis. Earlier I have worked as an analyst with India Accelerator. I was responsible for handling energy, green mobility startups. KRA\'s involved scouting for clean tech startups, running their cohort and successfully raising funding for them.
