   As a Casting Director, I lead the creative and logistical process of identifying and selecting the right talent for a wide range of productions including films, TV shows, commercials, music videos and digital content. I collaborate closely with directors, producers and brand teams to align casting with the creative vision and storytelling needs.Key Responsibilities-Interpret scripts and character briefs to define talent requirements-Scout, audition and evaluate actors for lead, supporting and background roles-Coordinate with talent agents, managers and casting platforms-Conduct in-person and virtual auditions-Build and maintain a diverse and reliable talent network-Oversee casting team including assistants and associates-Ensure legal and contractual compliance, including union regulations-Present casting choices to clients, producers and network executives-Work across union and non-union projectsAs a Production Manager, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all production logistics, ensuring each project runs smoothly, on time and within budget. I serve as the key bridge between creative vision and practical implementation, managing crew, schedules, locations and resources.Key Responsibilities-Develop and manage production schedules and budgets-Coordinate all pre-production, shoot-day and post-production logistics-Hire and manage crew members, vendors and service providers-Secure permits, insurance, equipment and locations-Oversee shoot-day operations including talent call times, catering and safety-Ensure compliance with union rules, labor laws and production guidelines-Manage on-set problem-solving and contingency planning-Track progress, report to producers and maintain production documentation
