Operations • Monitor the Core Network Performance and implement the changes to maintain the KPI of the network. • Local, NLD, ILD routing plans. • Numbering Plan. • Signalling Plan. • Monitoring of traffic on POIs, Traffic analysis and trending. • New E1s allocation from BSNL & Private operator and release of POI implementation plan. • Escalate & rectify the Infra related issues like DG, Power plant & Battery. • Resolving the RF related issues for PSR. • Planning of new nodes & implementation as per the utilization. • Rehoming of BSC’s as per the utilization. Escalation to Vendor • Escalate the major & Critical cases to the vendor. • Escalate the infra related issues to the concerned Vendor. Resource Development • Arrange weekly interactive session for the core to enhance the team competency. • Plan the training for engineers through vendor. Specialties: GSM Technology
