Currently working for Navi Mumbai Metro rail Project-Line 1. Project includes 11 km line between CBD Belapur to Taloja. As a Sr. Section Engineer, responsibility included supervision and checking of following works- Open Foundation Pile & Pile Foundation Pile load test Casting of Pier & Pier cap Casting of Segments Casting of Parapet Cast-in-situ span Launching of Segments with LG & GLS Stressing of Cables for segmental span Grouting of cables for segmental span Alignment of span Bearing fixing & Grouting Span load test Erection of Parapets Scrutinizing the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for various structural component of Viaduct for this project. Co-ordination with Client, Contractor & designer Review and approval of method statements, monthly billing Monitoring work in progress for conformance with the latest approved revisions Time Plan / Bar Chart for this project. Maintaining of safety norms in site construction activities etc. As Involved in inspection of the ongoing construction activities, making sure that work being carried out is as per Approved Drawings / QAP / Safety norms. Documenting the various forms such as Pour Card, Stressing report, Grouting as per ISO Regulations. Maintaining records of all the formats and approvals or rejection of completed works; Also attended various ISO Quality Audit and Client Quality Audit. Also involved in Project monitoring and preparation of monthly progress report.
