Responsibilities:working on O-RAN & v-RAN 4G & 5G in Performance Management • VCU migrations between different EMS from Open stack to Kubernetes platform.• Checking the KPI status of pre & post Build Upgrade, POD Shuffling activity of mmW & NGDU gNb. • Daily Network level Monitoring, Dashboard preparation.• Hourly Zone level KPI Pre Post Monitoring & reporting.• Daily Sleeping cells identification and analysis.• Daily cell level traffic monitoring, reporting & troubleshooting.• Analyzing the KPIs & prepare action plan for worst cells of 4G & 5G network.• Analyze, coordinate and closure of performance related all tickets in foresight, RCP tool.• Immediate support in case any issue reported by L1 team and follow up with all stockholder till the issue closure.• Daily audit of PM data for missing ROPs & PM data at vCUs. • Live Monitoring of all KPIs and immediate escalation to L2 team for any network level impacting issue observed.• Major outage analysis and tracking – Traffic & user impact analysis, Google earth & RAN Commander presentation of down sites.• KPI Monitoring of post Major upgrade and Pre post published.• Support for RF team for KPI issues of worst cells.• Log file collection & analysis based on requirement.• Daily New On-Aired sites KPIs validation & troubleshooting for poor KPIs & zero traffic cells.• Coordinate with Field Engineer team.• Cross function support.• Daily Incident tracker: Maintain all daily performance incident.• Supporting in Bug analysis/resolution and patch implementation for testing, Log analysis and RCA support.
