   P R Dixit P R Dixit, is Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering from MS University, Vadodara (Topper & Gold Medalist) and obtained Diploma in Industrial Safety and International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from NEBOSH, UK. He is a lead auditor in ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISRS and CDM Validator. He is also a Certified Radiation Officer from BARC.He has over 28 years of Industrial Experience in HSE field in Heavy Chemicals, Oil and Gas Industry. Currently he is heading HSEF functions at Vadinar Refinery located at Jamnagar, Gujarat. He is Professional Member in American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and presented papers in FICCI, CII, NSC, ICC and visiting faculty at IIT, Gandhinagar. He has written and presented various technical papers in HSE related topics in National technical magazines/ forums. He has carried out Safety and Environment audits, coordination with various statutory agencies. He was instrumental in setting up Refinery Integrated Management System (ERIMS) in record time of 8 months. Hand on experience in development of safety culture and BBS with World best. Many initiatives adopted like Life Saving Rules, monitoring through leading and lagging indicators, etcHe is possessing thorough knowledge of statutory requirements pertaining to Environment, Health and Safety.
