I am heading a plant in the manufacture of composite parts meeting the quality and cost requirment of customer and management. Reduced the man hour cost by 20% by eliminating wastage in process.Leads a team Managers, Engineers & Technicians of Stores, PPC, Quality, HSE, Production and Maintenance both on roll and contractual employees. Regular trainings are conducted to upgrade their skill.Interacts with central purcahse team and HR on regular basis in order to fulfil the given commitment on delivery of finished goods. Ensures to have optimum man power as per project requirement.Ensures to meet the PCB requirements in the plant.Implemented 5S on the shopfloor, regular KAIZEN activities, improvement projects on the basis of 8D and DMAIC.MR for the plant on Integrated Management System. Completed external audits for the plant and also got the shop floor and process control certified by REPower Germany as per VDA-QMC guidelines.
