   Delivered 100+ FTE savings by automating customer service issue resolution leveraging Gen AI models. Created new sales target setting digital platform. This new platform has been used to establish USD 15bn worth of revenue targets for sales teams at Maersk. New platform will help set ambitious yet realistic sales targets well ahead of time (2 months ahead of time).Help reduce time it takes to respond back to customer with a right quote/price for tender deals - I have driven the end to end rollout of new quote & negotiate experience for tender deals in Asia Pacific Region. Helped drive 75% adoption of the new experience. I have led implementation of user experience improvements resulting in 8% improved Scale Usability Score (SUS).
