About Prabhakar Kushwaha

I am a computer science and engineering Graduate with ~16.5 years of continuous experience in Linux/RTOS based Embedded software/firmware in multi-core technologies and very good exposure to Linux, FreeRTOS, and u-boot, device drivers, boot loaders, flash technologies etc. In NXP, I have been involved in various bring-up, BSP code development, and open source up-streaming of BSP for various ARM32, ARM64, and PowerPC based SoCs in u-boot and Linux. I also worked on enabling freeRTOS for Cortex M4 and E200-based SoCs.I have knowledge and understanding of flash technology (NOR, NAND) and was a software IP owner for IFC (Integrated flash controller). Along with this, I was an upstream u-boot maintainer for NXP networking group’s platform.Within Marvell, I have got opportunities to work in the System, Networking, and security domains till now. I worked on ThunderX2/Thunder X3 SoC focusing kexec/kdump, SMMU and PCIe in Linux.
