Responsibilities:• Managing a geography/cluster (Europe) from iDEAS (Integrated Digital, Engineering and Application Services) business line front with a team of 5 members.• Responsible for PAN India Digital hiring including super-niche and senior level hiring (Head Hunting) through sourcing enablement and strategic hiring for Europe geography.• Partnering with senior management to forecast the recruitment needs, provide consultation to key hiring managers and implement innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.• Requirements gathering for the entire clusters, validating with the business stakeholders and team for every financial quarter and providing sourcing plan and strategic hiring methods for the team to adhere.• Responsible for engaging with talent excellence group and corporate management team to enable weekday & weekend walk-in drives, Employee referrals, etc.• Mentoring team members for sourcing analytics, workforce planning through LinkedIn/Job Portal session, workshops.• Analyzing team performance and fulfillment progress for entire cluster, performance improvement, appraisal discussion of team members, etc.• Building a strong and close relationship with key business stakeholders to obtain a deep understanding of their talent strategy. Developing and managing a talent pipeline that is in line with the businesses current and future requirements.
