Finalization of terms & conditions of contracts for the different types of the contracts to mitigate all potential risks;• Floating the tender document, receipt of bids, commercial and price negotiation and award of contract and procurement orders;• Contract administration of the awarded works;• Providing support to all project contract manager in contractual issues, contractual communication;• Claim settlement and dispute resolution for all ongoing contracts;• Preparation of counter claim;• Support in preparation of SOC/SOD and arbitration proceeding;• Rate Analysis of items and extra items and finalization of rates;• Conducting quarterly audits at all project to ensure adherence to SOP and process;• Preparing and maintaining all contractual records (like Contract Agreements, Amendments, issuing LOI/LOA/LOE, EOT, MOU, resolutions, claims, communications etc);• Drafting and finalization of contracting strategy for the project;
