Advising NACCE on national STEM workforce infrastructure, AI-enabled career pathways, and emerging technology workforce readiness.The work supports the continued evolution of the nationally recognized STEM Achievers workforce model, including modernization toward AI-enabled workforce pathways.It builds on more than a decade of experience scaling national STEM workforce infrastructure across higher education networks.In this role, I am advancing the AI Pathways Initiative as the next phase of the model. I design and scale national workforce systems for the emerging technology economy.Through the AI Pathways Initiative, I am evolving a nationally deployed STEM workforce model designed to align education infrastructure with the rapidly shifting AI-driven labor market.For more than a decade, I have translated philanthropic capital into durable systems, managing a $37M+ national portfolio and scaling digital platforms reaching 6M+ learners across K–12 and higher education networks.Artificial intelligence is reshaping high-growth sectors across technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and creative industries. The question is not whether students will encounter AI. The question is whether they will be prepared to participate meaningfully in the economy it is creating.AI Pathways focuses on practical workforce alignment. Students gain early exposure to AI, develop collaborative fluency with emerging technologies, and build applied problem-solving skills connected to real labor market demand.We are launching a focused national pilot through established higher education delivery hubs and engaging founding philanthropic and corporate partners to support the first cohort.This work builds on proven delivery infrastructure:• 45 higher education workforce hubs providing sustained campus-based pathways• middle school students served through structured exposure and skill-buildingIt is reinforced by national scale and governance capacity:• A digital learning platform scaled to 6M+ users• Impact and capital governance frameworks spanning 65+ institutional partnersI design systems that move beyond short-term pilots, aligning philanthropy, education networks, and industry to create durable pathways from early exposure through workforce participation.Modernizing workforce infrastructure now is how we ensure opportunity expands rather than concentrates.I engage philanthropic and corporate leaders who see workforce modernization as central to economic mobility in the AI era, and I remain open to senior leadership conversations focused on systems-level innovation and responsible AI integration.
