Hello, my name is Patrick. I spent five years working in IT support, where I honed my technical and management skills while leading a team that built support processes for XR products. I directly led the design, implementation, and refinement of both operational and technical systems.During that time, I collaborated with our security teams on device management testing and deployment, which sparked a strong interest in cybersecurity. I’m now excited to pivot into this field, driven by a desire to help protect the growing volume of critical digital data.
