Responsible for preparing and running the annual business plan for the three regions. I track sales, market shares and margins and I create and execute marketing plans, working alongside with the marketing manager in setting the communication direction that is aligned with the central marketing strategy.I ensure the best customer support in the use of services, by regularly editing reports on critical issues, problems and opportunities, coordinating the complaints management process and stimulating the search for new business opportunities.
