Leslie combines her love of learning with the practical application of quantum and metaphysics. Her techniques catapult participants into multi sensory experiences and deep knowing accelerating learning. Her 1998 Masters degree in Adult Ad, pioneered the practical application of quantum physics and the acceleration of profound learning. Leslie is a founding instructor in U Vic’s award winning Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE), an international trainer in the world renowned Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), certified Appreciative Inquiry facilitator.Leslie wrote, published, and trained teachers in the popular Tourism Career Samplers, that were foundational in Canada’s highly successful tourism education programs in high schools, colleges, and private post secondary schools across North America. She was a team member in developing multiple national occupational standards, evaluation and certification programs through the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council (CTHRC).Leslie’s client list for training trainers includes multiple universities and colleges including the Universities of Victoria and Calgary and the Canadian Navy, BC Public Service Agency, Elections BC, and Health Canada.Leslie created The Five Minute Facilitator to provide the best instructional design and facilitation techniques for busy facilitators.
