Monitors BMS/BAS and performs adjustments as required. Operations, troubleshoots and resolves issues with HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handlers, heat exchangers, pumps, steam network, cooling towers, compressor etc, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Inspects various building systems for performance, safety hazards, and lock-out/tag-out procedures; logs readings accordingly Provides assistance and support to the Project delivery team. HVAC equipment basic repair tasks as required. Performs Preventive maintenance. Attends meetings, conducts follow-ups, and provides support to vendors and consultants. Monitors and manages work orders using CMMS. Responds to after-hours phone calls and emergency situations.
