Established in 1979, the Desert Business Association (DBA) is the only LGBT Business Networking Organization in the Coachella Valley. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of the organization. This includes membership development and relations, program development, public relations and marketing, sound management and oversight of all fiscal resources, supervision of staff, and business operations. The ED also works with the Board of Directors to define organizational priorities, implement the strategic plan, and help members to strengthen their business-to-business marketing opportunities and efforts.
