About Matthew Powell
B2B International is the largest business-to-business market research agency in the world, and is part of Merkle, and dentsu b2b.After 10 years heading up B2B International\'s London office, I relocated to our US business in June 2021 to work closely with our clients here in North America. As Managing Director for North America at B2B International, I work closely with a range of organizations in the US, and in particular our clients in the Western US. We work with the world\'s leading b2b organizations, helping them- enhance their customer experience- strengthen their brand- develop, test, and launch new products- or enter new markets. I lead a lot of work in the customer experience space for our clients, and work with a number of clients on enhancing their CX, customer journeys, and developing VOC programs. I also specialize in helping b2b companies develop value propositions, based on a deep understanding of their target customers.
