I have built many large scale solutions from the ground up, by building awesome teams. My skill is in architecting and building solutions that don\'t just work well for the price, but that offer the flexibility to be scaled. My answer? if it don\'t scale, it doesn\'t push!I\'ve flexed across a variety of industries like Print Management, Marketing, Digital Agency, Publishing, Hotels and Automotive. I\'ve learned a lot about each, and how every industry has its own challenges, but also shares many aspects, and many problems.Most organisations struggle with firefighting older issues, and prioritising development resource. Not a single solvent company that I have worked for has had the problem of too much resource! I have learned to manage this, and plan ahead to avoid in future.
