   As part of the Communications and Outreach team at NWSA, I support efforts to inform, engage, and connect with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain and broader community. My role focuses on content creation, stakeholder engagement, event production, project management and asset management.Key responsibilities:Create and distribute digital content aligned with NWSA’s branding and social media strategy across multiple platforms, including the website and internal portals.Assist with planning and executing a variety of events such as press conferences, stakeholder meetings, internal team huddles and large-scale private events.Coordinate with department heads and staff to gather key updates and put together a weekly report for the CEO and Commissioners. Support media and stakeholder inquiries by gathering and synthesizing accurate data and information. Simplify and communicate complex issues around maritime industry affairs, trade policy, and tariffs to help the public stay informed and engaged. Produce, edit, maintain and organize communication assets, including visual graphics, photos, video, written documents, and digital files across SharePoint and PhotoShelter.Help strengthen relationships with partners and community members through clear, consistent communication.
