I am a civil engineer with a robust academic foundation and substantial expertise in the construction and engineering sectors. My educational journey encompasses two master\'s degrees in civil engineering, with a specialization in Earthquake Engineering obtained in my home country, Iran, and a second master\'s degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. This dual educational background equips me with a versatile and well-rounded perspective within the field of civil engineering. Over the course of my career, spanning more than five years in practical civil engineering, I have cultivated invaluable insights and skills that have shaped me into a multifaceted professional. My professional trajectory has involved engagement in various capacities within contracting and consulting firms, offering me a comprehensive grasp of the construction lifecycle from diverse vantage points. At present, I am actively engaged in a range of initiatives, including site investigations for Building Envelope Condition Assessments (BECA), Roof Condition Assessments (RCA), building envelope design for existing structures, concrete and masonry rehabilitation, Property Condition Assessments (PCA), capital planning and asset management, depreciation reports, and associated services. My technical acumen encompasses proficiency in several civil engineering software programs, including ETABS, SAP, Safe, AutoCAD, and Revit Structure. These tools have allowed me to efficiently design and analyze structures, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. In addition to my technical prowess, I have excelled in the realm of project management. My track record is replete with successful project proposal preparation and the creation of detailed technical and progress reports. This skillset, complemented by my mastery of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook), empowers me to adeptly communicate intricate engineering concepts to a diverse spectrum of stakeholders.
