My passion, not just a hobby: A professional Manipuri Dancer, with Scholarship & Fellowship from Government of India. Established own academy Nandanik Movement Arts in 1996. Created several original choreographies and number of students to her name. Performed in India and abroad in prestigious festivals. Published a book on Manipuri Dance in 2024. Certified Dance Movement Therapy practitioner from globally recognised institutes - Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) & Kolkata Sanved.

She also participates in Design Thinking sessions as facilitator and innovator. She and her team has designed Business Communication & Value Science and Design Thinking curriculum for Universities that are part of TCS’ Academia Interface Program. Poushali also leads the international Pre sales team for TCS iON and contributes to growth strategies for the unit and other units within TCS. She’s part of several organisation level initiatives including Women in Leadership and conducts Dance Movement Therapy sessions for TCS employees.
