I have pursued my Bachelors degree in Architecture and successfully obtained my Meng degree in building Engineering with a focus on BIM and Construction management from Concordia university; I’m honoured to be a certified PMI member through my PMP® credential and along with my commitment to continuous learning all together they provide me a solid foundation in applying effective solutions in all the phases of construction projects from initiation to closure. My skills and experience in using BIM software tools spans from Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad, StrucSoft, Onyx to Revizto, Procore, Bluebeam and Autodesk ACC tools to create and coordinate/ manage comprehensive DTs; perform clash detections with extensive knowledge of MEP systems, detailed and standard quantity take offs, SD creation focusing on boosting overall project success throughout construction phases through integrated collaborative processes for seamless integrated project delivery, I have participated in several project based experience with developing and managing BIM execution plans.I am a visionary individual and am highly interested in integrating BIM technologies for enhancing construction projects design, coordination, execution success rate through effective construction process management and optimal utilization of Tools, techniques, methods and information management.
