Collaborating with the RDLC Consortium, consisting of Rizzani, Dragados, Ledcor, and ConForce, on the Surrey-Langley SkyTrain Project.• Supervising all on-site and laboratory concrete testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, CSA standards, and quality control protocols. • Supervising all concrete and aggregate testing operations, ensuring compliance with CSA, ACI, and CPCQA standards as well as project specifications.• Conducting and overseeing testing of fresh and hardened concrete, including slump, air content, temperature, unit weight, compressive strength, density, absorption, and fiber content, along with all other required tests.• Directing aggregate testing such as gradation, moisture content, wash pass, and density to verify material quality for precast production.• Training and mentoring concrete laboratory technicians and field concrete testing technicians in standardized procedures, safety practices, and quality control methods.• Managing calibration, maintenance, and verification of all laboratory and field testing equipment.• Leading and participating in quality meetings with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address non-conformances, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions.• Streamlining documentation and reporting processes, improving turnaround time and ensuring reliable communication of test results to the engineering and production teams.
